Driving Operational Excellence with Second Consecutive SOC 2 Certification

Press Releases, San Francisco

REDWOOD CITY, CA – March 8, 2017 – Our team is proud to announce the second consecutive year Kenandy has achieved the rigorous third-party SOC 2 certification, which is performed by an independent auditing firm. The extensive audit examines the operations involved in storing, handling, and transmitting data securely and confidentially.

“As Kenandy has experienced tremendous growth over the past year, we have maintained our commitment to organizational excellence for our company and our customers,” said Stephen Cumming, CFO at Kenandy. “We are consistently meeting the toughest security and internal control process standards in the industry. Our integrity as an organization protects our customers’ data while our ERP solution helps them scale and grow their business exponentially as their markets evolve.”

SOC 2 certifications help service organizations build trust and confidence in their service delivery processes and controls. SOC is an international auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Performed by an independent auditing firm, SOC 2 Type II certification examines the controls and processes involved in storing, handling, and transmitting data securely.

The successful completion of the voluntary engagement illustrates Kenandy’s commitment to maintain the most stringent controls for the security for our customers’ confidential information.
